Position Title: Operations Support & Materials Coordinator
We're seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented professional to help keep our field and warehouse operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the critical link between our office, warehouse, and job sites-ensuring tools, equipment, and materials are ordered, organized, and delivered where and when they're needed. You'll work closely with teams across the company to support project success and daily operations.
What You'll Do:
- Track and manage tools and equipment using the Hilti On-Track program
- Identify tools or lifts in need of repair and coordinate vendor servicing
- Pull, stage, and prepare materials and tools for job site delivery
- Receive deliveries, inspect shipments for accuracy and damage, and label/store items
- Coordinate vendor returns and document them in the ERP system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Issue and manage purchase order numbers using the ERP system
- Record inventory usage and support restocking of materials
- Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, timelines, and delivery updates
- Support inventory checks and help ensure materials are available for upcoming jobs
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, logistics, or materials coordination-preferably in mechanical or construction industries
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and digital workflows
- Knowledge of construction tools, safety equipment (PPE), and job site procedures
- Ability to operate (or willingness to be certified to operate) a forklift
- Strong customer service mindset and urgency to support field crews
- Organized, accurate, and able to prioritize work efficiently
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physical environments
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Role Details:
- Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- Location: 100% On-site in Bloomington, MN
